The problemWhat your contact form actually does today

Your form emails you. Then what?

A submit button is the easy 5% of the job. The other 95% — who sees it, whether it's spam, what the submitter hears back, where it ends up — is what your team actually lives with every day.

Email as a database

"Fwd: Fwd: contact form" chains. No status, no search, no way to tell a teammate "I've got this one."

One inbox for everything

Sales leads, support tickets, and job applications all land in the same place — or don't land anywhere useful at all.

Silence, or spam

Submitters hear nothing back. Meanwhile bots find the same endpoint and flood it — with nothing filtering either.

Why not just use a form backend

Most form backends stop at "received."

They'll take the POST request. What happens next — routing it, replying to it, keeping spam out, giving your team an inbox to work from — is left as an exercise for you. That's the part that actually takes weeks to build.

01 / The inboxWhere it lands

Every submission, in one place — without email chaos.

A fast, searchable inbox where every form submission lands. Filter, star, set status, add internal notes, and export — all without an extra tool.

06 / FAQAsked & answered

Common questions.

Quick answers to the things we hear most. Anything else, we're one message away.

What's a "headless" form backend?+
You build the form — any HTML, any framework, any styling. FormBridge handles everything after submit: receiving, validating, storing, notifying, routing, and integrating. We never touch your frontend.
Do I need to write backend code?+
No. Set your form's action attribute to your FormBridge endpoint and submissions start flowing. If you want server-side control — proxying, custom validation, secrets — the SDK ships handlers for Next.js, Nuxt, Express, Flask, and FastAPI.
How does conditional routing work?+
Pick a field in your form (a select, a budget range, a country), set thresholds or values, and route notifications to different recipients, channels, or webhooks per rule. One contact form can serve sales, support, and partnerships without you ever splitting it up.
Can I send notifications from my own domain?+
Yes — connect any SMTP provider (Gmail, Microsoft 365, SES, Postmark, Resend) and configure it per form. Send marketing forms from hello@, support from support@, partnerships from a third — all from one dashboard.
What about spam?+
Built-in scoring catches the obvious cases. For anything sensitive, layer on reCAPTCHA v3, hCaptcha, or honeypots — invisible or visible, your call.
Can I migrate from Formspree, Forminit, or Netlify Forms?+
Yes. Create a FormBridge endpoint, swap the URL in your form's action attribute, and submissions flow into the new dashboard immediately. There's nothing else to migrate.
Is my data private?+
Submissions are stored encrypted at rest. We don't sell, share, or mine your data — ever. GDPR-aligned and a DPA is available on request.
