AC Integration · ActiveCampaign

Every submission, a new automation.

Connect once per form. Every submission adds or updates an ActiveCampaign contact and can drop them straight into the right automation — no Zapier required.

How it works

Set up once per form — after that, every submission syncs on its own.

1

Open your form's settings

From your form's dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.

2

Connect ActiveCampaign

Click Connect next to ActiveCampaign and authorize access to your account — no API keys to copy or paste.

3

Map your fields

Match each FormBridge field (like fb-sender-email) to the ActiveCampaign contact field it should update. Done once per form.

4

Choose an automation to trigger

Optionally add a new contact straight into an existing ActiveCampaign automation the moment they submit.

What field mapping looks like

A one-time match between your form's fields and ActiveCampaign's contact fields.

fb-sender-email→Email
fb-sender-name→Full name
fb-select-plan→Custom field
Any submission→Add to automation
Good to know: the connection lives on the form, not the account — different forms can map to different ActiveCampaign fields or trigger different automations, independent of each other.
