Integration · Zapier

Every submission, a trigger for anything.

The FormBridge Zapier integration fires a Zap the moment someone submits your form — feed it into 6,000+ apps without writing a webhook receiver yourself.

How it works

Three steps, no code — set it up once per form.

1

Connect your Zapier account

In Zapier, search for FormBridge and connect your account — you'll be asked to authorize access.

2

Choose "New Form Submission" as your trigger

Pick which FormBridge form to watch. Every submission to that form fires the Zap — that's the only trigger this integration needs.

3

Send it anywhere

Add an action step: post to Slack, create a HubSpot contact, append a Google Sheets row — anything Zapier connects to.

What people build with it

A few of the more common combinations — the trigger is the same every time, only the action changes.

New submission → Slack message New submission → Google Sheets row New submission → Notion database item New submission → Trello card New submission → Gmail draft New submission → Microsoft Teams message
Good to know: FormBridge's Zapier app is trigger-only today — it fires a Zap on every new submission, but there's no action to create a submission back into FormBridge from a Zap. If you only need HubSpot or ActiveCampaign specifically, the native HubSpot and ActiveCampaign integrations connect directly and skip Zapier (and its task limits) entirely.
