These terms govern your use of FormBridge. Written to be readable — if anything's unclear, ask.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FormBridge, operated by FormBridge Labs B.V. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You and FormBridge Labs B.V. ("we", "us") are entering a binding agreement. If you're using FormBridge on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
You need an account to use FormBridge. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@formbridge.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
One person, one account. You can invite teammates with their own logins.
You will not use FormBridge to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical.
Anything you collect through your forms ("Submitted Content") belongs to you. You're responsible for having the legal right to collect it, for what you tell submitters about your use of it, and for honouring any rights they have over their data.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and deliver Submitted Content as needed to run the service — nothing more.
FormBridge is currently in open beta. That means:
The open beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, terms will be presented before you select one. We don't auto-upgrade you to a paid plan without your explicit consent.
If billing applies to your account, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
FormBridge, the FormBridge name, logo, and brand are ours. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service as described in these Terms. You can use our marks in factual ways (e.g. "FormBridge powers our contact form") but not in ways that suggest endorsement.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. During the beta, we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits. We do publish real-time and historical status at status.formbridge.ai. After the beta, paid plans will include a documented SLA.
Scheduled maintenance, if disruptive, will be announced at least 72 hours in advance.
The service is provided "as is" during the beta. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of FormBridge is capped at the greater of (a) €100, or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct).
You can close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Close account. We'll delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We can suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms (notably section 3, Acceptable Use), giving you reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure where practical. Outright abuse (phishing, malware distribution, attacks on our systems) is grounds for immediate termination.
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll email account holders and post a notice in the dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of FormBridge after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
